What information do we collect?
We will collect contact information from you when you register your pets with us.
How will we use this information?
The information you provide enables us to carry out and keep records of the veterinary services provided by us for your pets. It will allow us to contact you to give you information relevant to your pet’s veterinary care.
This information will also be used to send you reminders of your appointment times and of when your pet’s vaccinations are due.
In the case of a veterinary referral of your pet, your contact information will be passed on to the referral centre.
If you make an insurance claim, your information will be passed on to your insurance company.
If you join our Happy Pet Club, the information that you fill in on the agreement will be shared with a third party in order to process your direct debit payments.
Information may be shared with a third party in order to pursue debtors.
What lawful basis do we have to process your data?
1. Contract – we need to process your data to enable us to provide veterinary services for you.
2. Legal – we may need to process your data in order to comply with legal obligations for record keeping.
3. Legitimate interests – we may need to process your data for business reasons such as pursuit of debtors or defence of potential claims.
