Change to Out of Hours Provision & Change of Hours

Up until now, VetsNow Sutton has always provided our out-of-hours service.

We are now able to pass the overnight on-call service to our partners, VetsNow Sidcup. This service will be operated by experienced vets and nurses who will be on-site all night.

VetsNow Sidcup will look after the out-of-hours service between 6pm and 8:30am weekdays and from 11.30am Saturday to 8:30am Monday.

Change of Opening Hours

Due to this change, we will be changing our opening hours.

These changes will take effect from Monday 2^nd December 2024.

Our new opening hours will be:

Monday: 8:30am - 6pm
Tuesday: 8:30am - 6pm
Wednesday: 8:30am - 6pm
Thursday: 8:30am - 6pm
Friday: 8:30am - 6pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 11:30am
Sunday: Closed

Our systems and services will continue to be available at our Vet on the Hill Clinic, meaning you can rest assured there will be no disruption to your pet’s care. This also means your data would continue to be processed by us and our third-party providers to ensure we continue to provide veterinary care.
